Merill teenager allegedly fakes cancer to take donations

WAUSAU - Merrill teenager Celina Winchell claimed she had cancer. Friends helped her collect money after learning about it. One pizzeria in Wausau, for example, let an employee put out a donation jar for Winchell. Full story: WJFW
