Merrill Fire & Police Comm. board member facing sexual assault charges free on $10,000 bond

MERRILL - A judge won't allow a board member on Merrill Police and Fire Commission around girls younger than 18 unless he's supervised by at least a 25-year-old adult.

Prosecutors accuse 46-year-old David Hayes of sexually assaulting a 17 year old girl.

Hayes faces a felony and misdemeanor charge.
