Merrill man charged in death of elderly pedestrian

WAUSAU - A Merrill man gets charged with four felonies after an elderly pedestrian died last October.

Prosecutors believe Evan Mooney was under the influence of drugs.

The 47 year old Mooney is charged of homicide by driving while under the influence of a controlled substance.
