Merrill wants to catch vandals for expensive damage to parks

MERRILL - Vandals hit at least 5 parks in Merrill over the past three weeks. That's almost half the parks in the city. The vandals flipped dumpsters and port-a-potties, broke light bulbs and ripped soap dispensers off walls, and they didn't stop there. Full Story: WJFW
