Michigan's application period starts for antlerless deer hunt...less availability in the U.P.

LANSING, MI - Michigan's application period for licenses to hunt antlerless deer is underway and continues through Aug. 15.

The Department of Natural Resources says hunters can seek one license in any open deer management unit statewide. A non-refundable fee of $5 is charged.
