Million dollar bond in Portage County murder

PORTAGE COUNTY - A central Wisconsin man being held in the death of his neighbor would need to post 1-million dollars in bond to get out of jail. A prosecutor in Portage County told a judge Tuesday they believe Jose Luis Flores Aca entered Jamie Koch's apartment in Plover. Full Story: WJFW
