New Business Restarts In Downtown Eagle River

EAGLE RIVER - Can a new business survive without financing, paying all out of pocket? That’s how Scott Lacko plans to build Kozar Technologies in Eagle River. Kozar takes over the former Ogren Electronics building on the corner of Wall Street and Silver Lake Road in Eagle River.
