Northcentral Wisconsin community colleges respond to Obama's proposal

NORTHWOODS - Community college students could get a free education if President Barack Obama gets his way.

On Friday, Obama presented his proposal to make two years of community college free.

His proposal is modeled on Tennessee's free community college tuition scholarship program.
