Northern Wisconsin cities spill over 2014 snow removal budgets

TOMAHAWK, MARSHFIELD - Last winter's major snowfall didn't end until April.

Early snowstorms this winter broke November snowfall records in the Northwoods.

That unusually snowy weather has already put cities like Tomahawk and Marshfield over their yearly budget for clearing the streets.
