Northwoods heat assistance program feeling effects of last winter

RHINELANDER - Home heating help from the government only started about a week ago in the Northwoods.

More than 700 people have already applied in Oneida County alone.

Oneida County Social Services started accepting fuel assistance applications earlier this year.
