Northwoods man makes blood center's board of directors

RHINELANDER - A Rhinelander man will represent the Northwoods on the board of directors for the Community Blood Center. Jerry Shidell started his term on the board Thursday.

Shidell has been involved with the Community Blood Center for years. He's donated blood and organized many blood drives.

Shidell thinks he'll be able to offer the board of director a unique perspective.
