Northwoods officers reflect on Ferguson, Missouri and Wisconsin's officer involved shooting law

ONEIDA AND VILAS COUNTY - The shooting death of an unarmed Ferguson, Missouri teenager puts police tactics under extreme scrutiny.

Michael Brown was shot and killed by a policeman August 9.

Since then, the city near St. Louis has seen street violence and a federal investigation is in place.
