MINOCQUA - Two girls couldn't see their dad for six months because he was in a war zone. He came home to Wisconsin on Monday. His daughters were supposed to reunite with him at a ceremony at Volk Field the same day. Bad weather and illness kept them from making it to their dad's homecoming. Their mother wanted to make it up to them. She brought a very special surprise to both of their schools on Tuesday.
That special surprise was their father, Sgt. Charlie Imlah.
"I'm excited. I just want to see how she's going to react," Sgt. Imlah said before surprising his daughter, Chelsea, at school.
