Northwoods Works: E-Z Eat restores independence to disabled

EAGLE RIVER - Think of all the things you eat without a fork or spoon. Imagine not being able to pick up a sandwich with your hands. A new Northwoods business, just two weeks old, has created a device that allows disabled people to do something many of us take for granted.

"It's as easy as this. You just take the paper. You take two lengths. You slip it in. Just tap this down a little bit," explained Diana Chopin as she set up the E-Z Eat.
