In-person deer registration to end; deer tags issued will drop in Northwoods this fall

MADISON - For 70 years, deer hunters registered their kill at local businesses. It's not only the rules, but a social tradition of telling tales and swapping stories. That will end within two years due to a decision by Wisconsin's Natural Resources Board Wednesday in Madison. Full story: WJFW
