Phillips man pleads no contest to child sexual assault charges

PHILLIPS - A 42-Phillips man faces years in prison after pleading no contest to child sexual assault charges in Price County Court Tuesday .

Douglas Makovsky is accused of sexually assaulting a child younger than 13.

The child told police it happened several times last summer in Phillips.
