Phillips mayor wants police chief fired

PHILLIPS - The mayor of a north central Wisconsin city has filed a complaint against the police chief. Phillips Mayor Charles Peterson is accusing Chief David Sonntag of intentionally falsifying legal documents in 2012 and illegally pulling over a citizen in 2013.
