Photo identification not necessary for Tuesday primary

MADISON - Voters can cast their ballot without showing photo identification in Tuesday's primary election.

Still, poll watchers worry some could be confused thanks to a state Supreme Court ruling less than two weeks ago.

The ruling said the photo ID law is constitutional.
