Plan would ease access to a marijuana based drug for seizures

MADISON - Wisconsin made a marijuana based drug to treat seizures legal, but patients still can't get it.

Now a state senator wants to fix the problem.

The Legislature last year passed a bill allowing the use of cannabis oil.
