Program encourages children to visit local libraries

SAYNER - Many kids will use computers and tablets to read books, magazines, and newspapers. That makes some people worried children won't visit their local library. Saturday, each child who visited the Plum Lake Library in Sayner got a free book and pencil. Full story: WJFW
