Prosecutors think website influences girls to stab friend; One Northwoods high school tries to keep students off inappropriate websites

RHINELANDER - Waukesha police believe two 12-year-old-girls lured a friend into a wooded area and stabbed her 19 times.

Police think the suspects planned to kill the victim for months before attacking her on Saturday.
