Republicans meeting again in search of Wisconsin budget deal

MADISON - Thirty-three of 63 Assembly Republicans have sent a letter to Gov. Scott Walker and Senate GOP leaders saying they will not support cuts in transportation funding that aren't spread out equally across the state.

Some Senate Republicans have said they want to protect some roads projects like the Zoo Interchange in Milwaukee from being delayed by a cut.
