Rhinelander District Library wants more money for healthcare of employees

RHINELANDER - The Rhinelander District Library can't afford to provide group health insurance benefits for employees who should be eligible. That's why the library asked for a 6% increase in their 2014 budget. In a typical year, they ask for 2% more. Full Story: WJFW
