Rhinelander hires interim city administrator

RHINELANDER - A familiar face will serve as Rhinelander city administrator for the time being.

Phil Parkinson started his position as interim city administrator on Friday.

Parkinson is Rhinelander's former city attorney and administrator. He retired from city hall in 2013.
