Rhinelander man charged for allegedly fighting with an Oneida County Jail corrections officer

RHINELANDER - Prosecutors think a Rhinelander man fought with an Oneida County Jail corrections officer.

Police say Jeremy Cooper fought with the officer in November after he was arrested.

Cooper allegedly elbowed and put the officer's neck in a headlock.
