Rhinelander man faces charges for accident that pinned a woman under the car

RHINELANDER - A Rhinelander man faces two felonies for rolling a car over and pinned a woman under the car.

The Oneida County Sheriff's Office say 27-year-old Louis Stone was backing up with a woman standing on the step on the side of the car. The criminal complaint shows the car tipped because of speed and the angle of the wheels.
