Rhinelander Police Dept. Swears In New Officer

Rhinelander has one new police officer to protect and serve its citizens. Officer Elisha Williams officially joined the Rhinelander Police Department Monday. Williams joins 16 other officers in the Rhinelander Police Department. Even though she's new to the force, she's been answering the call of duty since 2003, when she joined the National Guard.
