RHINELANDER - You can expect to hear bells ringing outside of retail stores like Walmart, Walgreens, Shopko and Trig's. The Salvation Army in Rhinelander just started ringing bells Saturday.
The Rhinelander Salvation Army Kettle Coordinator says the big kick off is November 21st, but they wanted to get an early start because of the weather.
They raised close to $30,000 last year. This year they're hoping to reach $35,000.
