MADISON - Scott Walker takes the oath of office today for his second term as governor of Wisconsin.
The swearing-in ceremony was scheduled to begin at 11:00 a.m. in Madison. Walker's sons will emcee the event.
Walker has said the first order of the state Legislature will be to pass a new ``school accountability'' measure.
