Shooting puts city, high school football game on lockdown

MEDFORD - A shooting near a high school football game put players, coaches, and fans on lockdown Saturday.

Medford Police Chief Ken Coyer says a man opened fire on the 500 block of South Park Avenue, just down the street from Medford Area Senior High School. The shooting happened just before 3 this afternoon.
