Silver Alert issued for missing Portage County man

PORTAGE COUNTY - The Wisconsin Department of Justice issued a silver alert for a missing Stevens Point man.

82-year-old Vincent Bach was last seen yesterday afternoon.

Police say he's missing on foot but he's known to hitchhike.
