State budget now before Governor Scott Walker

MADISON - The Wisconsin state budget now goes to Governor Scott Walker's desk for final consideration.

The state Assembly passed the $73 billion two-year spending plan early this morning.

Eleven Assembly Republicans joined with 35 Democrats in voting against the budget.
