State could save millions by delaying Medicaid changes

MADISON - Pushing back Medicaid changes would save the state millions of dollars. Governor Scott Walker has proposed a 3 month delay in kicking about 77-thousand people off Medicaid. It would save the state about 23-million dollars. Full Story: WJFW
