State mailing letters to Medicaid recipients

MADISON - Nearly 26,000 adults who lost Medicaid coverage through Wisconsin's BadgerCare Plus program after being kicked off earlier this year are being sent a letter this week telling them they have more time to sign up for private subsidized insurance.
