State's New Carnivore Manager from Rhinelander

MADISON - The state Department of Natural Resources has named a new carnivore manager. David MacFarland has worked as a wolf, bear and furbearer scientist for the agency since 2010. He helped design the regulatory framework for the state's first organized wolf hunt last fall. Full Story: WJFW
