WISCONSIN - This year's frigid winter season put a damper on spring activities in Wisconsin.
But the turkey hunting season was actually more successful than usual. The number of turkeys harvested across the state was noticeably higher than last year's totals, despite the cold hitting the turkey population pretty hard.
