Unemployment up in most Wisconsin cities, counties

MADISON - Unemployment rates increased in most Wisconsin counties and 31 of the state's 32 largest cities in May.

The state Department of Workforce Development reported the latest figures Wednesday.

Unemployment rates increased in 41 out of 72 counties. Menominee County was the highest at 10.9 percent, while Dane County was lowest at 3.4 percent.
