Victims of truck explosion identified

VILLAGE OF HOWARD - Brown County sheriff's authorities have identified the driver who was killed and the passenger who was injured when a box truck exploded in the Green Bay area. Fifty-nine-year-old Gerald Throw, of the Oconto County community of Sobieski, died in the accident. Full story: WJFW
