FIFIELD - If you like spending time outdoors, you can help the National Forest Service this Saturday. They need help cleaning parts of the Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest. It's part of National Public Lands Day, and local volunteers will get clean up a historic trail.
"We have two events planned here for that day in the Chequamegon-Nicolet. One here at the Fifield Fire Lookout Tower and the other event is up at the Northern Great Lakes Visitor Center," said Forestry Technician Brady Howe.
