WIC not affected by government shutdown

STATEWIDE - Democrats and Republicans still can't agree on a budget. Many government services have faced cuts, or been shutdown. The Oneida County Health Department received calls Tuesday morning from people asking if their WIC assistance would be cancelled. Full Story: WJFW
