Winterfest Ice Fishing Competition

PHILLIPS - Nobody knows how to party on the ice like people in the Northwoods. Sunday, people in Phillips did just that as the city it's 5th annual Winterfest Ice-Fishing Competion. Ten dollars was all you needed to enter the contest. Cash prizes went to the day's top catches followed by a raffle drawing in the evening. Full Story: WJFW
