Wis. Assembly poised to OK new speed limit

MADISON - The state Assembly is poised to pass a bill this week that would raise the speed limit on Wisconsin's interstates. The measure would raise the current 65 mph limit to 70 mph on the interstates and require state transportation officials to submit a study on the feasibility of raising the limit to 70 on other four-lane highways within a year.
