Wis. gov signs sex offender notification bill

MADISON - Gov. Scott Walker has signed a bill that requires registered sex offenders to notify school officials before they venture onto school grounds. The Republican measure overwhelmingly passed the Assembly in May. The Senate approved the bill on a voice vote in September. Walker signed it Friday. Full story: WJFW
