Wisconsin Boy Scouts celebrate #1 ranking

MARSHFIELD - Thousands of Wisconsin Boy Scouts celebrated their success in Marshfield this weekend. The scouts from the Samoset Council pepper Central and Northern Wisconsin. They were ranked as the No. 1 Council in the national organization's "Journey to Excellence." Full Story: WJFW
