Wisconsin DNR urges public to prune trees in winter

MADISON - Wisconsin Department of Natural Resources officials are urging people to prune their trees during the winter to help reduce the spread of diseases. DNR foresters say pruning branches when trees are dormant reduces stress on them. Full Story: WJFW
