Wolf hunt exceeded quota by four animals

MADISON - Wolf hunters went over Wisconsin's statewide kill limit by four animals.

The DNR ended the wolf season Friday.

It gave notice the season was closing after hunters went one wolf over the 150 animal limit on Thursday.
