Woman accused of bringing heroin into jail

RHINELANDER - Prosecutors think a Rhinelander woman brought heroin into the Oneida County jail when she was arrested.

Nicole Brownell is being charged with two felonies for having drugs and an OWI.

Police saw Brownell driving early in the morning on October 29th.
