Woman of accused of putting a hit on boyfriend pleads not guilty

WAUSAU - The woman accused of hiring a hitman to kill her boyfriend appeared in court today. Jessica Strom asked a classmate to kill her on again off again boyfriend. That man went to the police. Full story: WJFW
