Vilas County child sexual assault case moving forward

EAGLE RIVER - The sexual assault case against a 31-year-old Vilas County man will move forward after waiving his preliminary hearing in Court on Monday.

Curtis Wiggins is accused of assaulting two children younger than 13. Wiggins faces six felony charges.

Prosecutors believe he sexually assaulted a child in 2013. He's also charged for allegedly touching another child inappropriately. Investigators think that happened last May.
