Downtown Rhinelander to get a facelift

RHINELANDER - Some of the buildings in Downtown Rhinelander could soon look a little... younger. There's a new grant fund to help businesses get a face lift. The City already plans to re-do the streets downtown, along with the sidewalks in 2016. Downtown Rhinelander, Inc. decided it would be a good time for some of the buildings to be fixed up too.
